The Director of Product Management for AI will shape Diligent's AI strategy, lead product development, and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
The summary above was generated by AI

Here’s a summary of the role:

You’re a visionary product leader who sees AI not as a feature, but as a catalyst for transforming how organisations operate. You thrive at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—and you’re ready to shape an AI‑powered product suite used by some of the world’s most influential companies. If you want to build meaningful, scalable AI solutions that customers trust and love, this is your opportunity to make a defining impact.

You’ll set the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for bringing powerful AI capabilities into Diligent Entities. You’ll translate complex customer problems into intuitive, value‑creating product experiences while leading a talented team of Product Managers. Your work will empower leaders around the world to act faster, make smarter decisions, and unlock the full potential of intelligent governance technology.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Lead the AI product strategy - defining the vision, roadmap and success measures for our AI‑powered capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop a high‑performing team of Product Managers, empowering them to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver innovative, scalable and adoptable AI product experiences.
  • Conduct market research, customer discovery, and workflow analysis to translate insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle - from defining problems and writing user stories to prioritizing features and managing releases.
  • Monitor product usage, customer feedback, and performance data to continually optimize customer outcomes and inform future enhancements.

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Hands‑on experience building or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products (non‑negotiable).
  • Extensive product management experience within enterprise SaaS, with a strong track record of scaling successful products.
  • Proven ability to synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics into strategic product direction.
  • Demonstrated experience writing detailed technical and functional requirements.
  • Strong experience working within agile development environments.
  • A data‑driven mindset with proven ability to use analytics to prioritize investments and measure impact.
  • People leadership experience—hiring, coaching, and developing high‑performing product teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non‑technical audiences.

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience working in regulated industries or with products that support governance, compliance, or risk workflows.
  • Prior experience with large‑scale data platforms or machine learning systems.
  • Familiarity with customer‑facing enterprise transformation projects.
  • Exposure to design thinking methodologies or advanced UX collaboration practices.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
