About the Role:

The Director of People Programs will play a pivotal role in developing innovative strategies and leading impactful initiatives that empower our employees and multiply impact across CoreWeave. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic program design with practical implementation across various areas, including onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, performance management, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and learning and development (L&D).

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in people management, organizational development, and employee experience design, combined with strong program management skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. We seek a passionate individual who is dedicated to creating enriching programs, excels in fast-paced environments, and adeptly balances visionary planning with hands-on execution, all while fostering a culture of growth and inspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive people programs that scale, ensuring alignment with CoreWeave’s high-performing company culture.
  • Create and deliver manager enablement programs that enhance leadership capabilities and result in effective management practices. 
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure program adoption, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement the company-wide Engagement & Pulse Survey programs. 
  • Oversee the development of high-value L&D programs, including core skills training, new manager onboarding, and compliance training initiatives.
  • Implement and manage programs for performance management, job leveling and career pathing, internal mobility, succession planning, and headcount planning.
  • Deliver an award-worthy global onboarding experience.
  • Design and deliver impactful recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives, and wellness programs to support the building and retention of high-performing teams.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of related experience in HR, with at least five focusing on organizational development, people programs, L&D, or employee experience.
  • A builder’s mindset – proven experience as someone who can take big ideas and turn them into real, scalable outcomes that drive engagement and performance.
  • Strong understanding of performance management theory & practices, L&D, employee experience design, and organizational development principles.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring program effectiveness and driving continuous improvement using qualitative and quantitative data practices. Data-informed decision-making is your starting position. 
  • Proven management experience, including leading a team focused on achieving outsized results through innovative and collaborative approaches that multiply. Better together. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution. Develop a roadmap, and execute off a backlog. 
  • Experience with HRIS, engagement tools, LMS, and workflow automation. Technology is your comfort zone; learning new tools is easy. 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Able to build coalitions of the willing. 
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and employee-focused campaigns. 
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments. Energized by ambiguity and driven by curiosity.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-$240,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
