  • As part of the People Team Senior group, co-own the delivery of the People plan, leading on projects and initiatives that may be cross team or cross functional in nature
  • Contribute to the development of our cyclical People processes and other BAU activities making them smoother, automated and more responsive whilst ensuring adherence to best practice and relevant legislation. Ensure the effective delivery of cyclical People processes as required
  • Analyse and interpret workforce metrics with a natural focus on continuous process or organisational improvement
  • Work with the central recruitment teams and Finance to ensure that hiring plans are fulfilled and roles are appropriately staffed

  • Strong working knowledge of UK labor law and familiarity with other regions
  • Experience in fast-paced, tech scale-ups. Bonus points if some of that’s in B2B
  • Proven experience managing and developing multi-regional teams
  • The ability to translate company strategy into People strategy and projects, and know how to prioritise these effectively for your team
  • Experience leading and supporting change
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal direction
  • Experience using data, best practice and external sources such as your own network to identify and drive improvements
  • A solid understanding of other People functions (talent, compensation, etc.), how they operate and how they contribute to our overall success
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, which you can adapt to all levels of the business
