Job description
Reporting to the Chief People Experience Officer, the Director of People Partners will lead an international team of four, playing a pivotal role in building the foundations for our company to become a High-Performing Company. This position will actively contribute to shaping our people strategy and driving key initiatives that foster a thriving and productive work environment. Responsibilities include:
- Lead a global team of People Partners, providing direction, focus and motivation on the key business needs across their deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure they have optimum plans in place to achieve their business objectives including effective headcount management and planning support.
- Execute the People Partner roadmap based on human centred design theory building high performance foundations.
- Maintain a full perspective of the business at all times, placing emphasis on talent management, employee relations, policies, and people management procedures in applications across the business.
- Drive major transformation efforts (e.g. organization design, M&A) or other significant organizational events to drive business results, serving as the expert in how change is led and sustained.
- Set and hold a high bar for performance by defining high / low performance and holding leaders accountable for managing their talent against these standards.
- Provide targeted coaching and consultation to senior leaders, to improve individual leader performance and to strengthen the leadership team.
Qualifications
- You have demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing People teams.
- You have experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives, including M&A.
- You have a proven track record of developing and implementing performance management frameworks.
- You possess experience working in SaaS and scale-up environments.
- You are fluent in English (fluency in French would be a strong plus)
- You have experience covering multiple countries including France and the US.
