We are seeking a Director of Partnerships Strategy and Operations to lead strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and partnership growth globally. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and Partnerships, this role is pivotal to scaling our partnerships ecosystem, driving revenue, and shaping the future of cross-border e-commerce. The Director of Partnerships Strategy and Operations will be reporting directly to our VP, Revenue Operations and Partnerships.

Strategic Leadership 

  • Develop a global partnership strategy tailored to each region, collaborating with regional partnership leaders. 
  • Spearhead cross-regional strategic initiatives and foster alignment across the partnership organization. 
  • Define a holistic global event strategy integrated with annual planning. 
  • Support revenue targets through sourcing and influencing deals across all our partners, and manage global engagement with regional partners 

Operational Excellence 

  • Design and implement an operational cadence to review and guide the global partnerships business. 
  • Develop a segmented account management framework for existing partners support, education and growth. 
  • Manage Partner IT infrastructure, identifying and deploying tools to enhance engagement and performance.

Data-Driven Insights 

  • Leverage data to analyze partnership performance, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. 
  • Create business reviews and planning cadences for regional implementation. 

Collaboration and Enablement 

  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to create, track, and report objectives, forecasts, and key metrics. 
  • Develop enablement strategies, collateral, and tools to support existing and potential partners globally. 



Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Account Management, Sales or Business Development. 
  • 3+ years of leadership experience driving cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated success analyzing sales data and growing the impact of channel results through increased inbound lead generation. 
  • Background in the e-commerce ecosystem or related industries (e.g., platforms, logistics, payments).  
  • Strong ability to lead across regions and cultures, driving impact without direct management. 
  • The role will be based in London, with a hybrid working pattern.
