We’re looking for a senior-level partnerships leader to accelerate our presence and pipeline across Europe through high-impact partner relationships. You’ll lead strategy and execution for partnerships in EMEA, collaborating directly with sales and marketing to generate measurable pipeline from strategic partners, consultants, agencies, and platforms. This is a full-time role and will work out of our London office.
This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership. As the EMEA partnerships function scales, growth opportunities could include building and leading a regional alliances team, owning strategic global partner categories, or expanding into broader commercial leadership with revenue accountability.
What is a day in the life of a Director of Partnerships, EMEA?
- Own a defined annual target for partner-sourced meetings and bookings, and operate with a business development mindset to consistently exceed those goals
- Build a referral ecosystem of agencies, consultants, private equity firms, tech platforms, and ecommerce advisors who can introduce Pattern to mid-market to enterprise brands with meaningful marketplace revenueAlign closely with sales and marketing on target accounts, co-selling opportunities, and regional go-to-market priorities.
- Lead discovery and enablement conversations with partners to generate qualified introductions and maintain pipeline momentum.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for EMEA partners, building trust while driving measurable revenue outcomes.
- Track, report, and optimize partner-sourced pipeline performance, using data to refine strategy and improve resultsOperate as the first dedicated alliances leader in EMEA, building the regional partner motion from the ground up
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Natural connector. Building relationships and expanding your network is second nature to you
- 6–10+ years in business development, alliances, or strategic sales roles with direct accountability for pipeline creation
- Demonstrated ability to source net-new enterprise opportunities through external relationships and warm introductions
- Proven track record of building and executing partner strategies that drive measurable sales pipeline and bookings
- Comfort operating in a quota-driven environment where success is tied to revenue outcomes
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with senior sales leaders and represent Pattern externally with authority
What does high performance look like?
- Consistently generates a defined number of net-new qualified meetings per month through alliance introductions.
- Drives measurable bookings directly attributable to alliance-sourced opportunities.
- Maintains a strong conversion rate from initial referral introduction to “Qualified Opportunity" to “Closed/Won”.Builds and activates a growing network of strategic partners that consistently produces high-value pipeline.
- Operates as a trusted collaborator to the sales team, aligning on target accounts and accelerating deal momentum.
- Identifies and launches new partnership channels or whitespace opportunities that create measurable revenue impact

What is the team like?
- You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, fast-moving team focused on driving quality pipeline through strategic partnerships. The Alliances team is currently based in the U.S. and is actively expanding internationally, with open roles in London and China. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue operations across regions as we continue building out a truly global partnerships function.
- You’ll report directly to the Sr. Director of Alliances and serve as the primary partnerships lead in EMEA—owning the strategy and execution for the region. The team culture is data-driven, results-oriented, and rooted in trust and accountability.
- You’ll collaborate frequently with Account Executives, Inside Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align on target accounts and activate partners that help move deals forward. Everyone on the team is expected to think strategically, take initiative, and operate with a partner-obsessed mindset.
