We’re looking for a senior-level partnerships leader to accelerate our presence and pipeline across Europe through high-impact partner relationships. You’ll lead strategy and execution for partnerships in EMEA, collaborating directly with sales and marketing to generate measurable pipeline from strategic partners, consultants, agencies, and platforms. This is a full-time role and will work out of our London office. 

What is a day in the life of a Director of Partnerships, EMEA?

  • ​​Drive partner strategy across EMEA—identifying, recruiting, and managing high-impact referral partners, including exploring whitespace and building new partnership categories.
  • Collaborate daily with sales and marketing to align on target accounts, co-selling opportunities, and regional go-to-market efforts.
  • Host discovery and enablement meetings with partners to uncover opportunities, activate joint value, and maintain long-term momentum.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for all partner relationships in EMEA, building trust and ensuring continued engagement as we scale.
  • Be a visible face of Pattern in-region—attending events, speaking on panels, and expanding brand presence across key markets.
  • Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline and performance, using insights to optimize strategy and execution.
  • Develop and tailor partner-specific messaging, collateral, and activation plans to accelerate engagement and results.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Strong connector, driven by meeting new people and building a network is your super power.
  • 6–10+ years experience in partnerships/strategic alliances, business development, or sales - preferably in Ecommerce, tech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and executing partner strategies that drive sales pipeline.
  • Strong understanding of the European Ecommerce landscape, with ability to navigate cultural and market nuances across regions.
  • Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders, account executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and ability to represent Pattern externally with authority.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to manage forecasts, metrics, and partner program impact.
  • Additional language(s) a plus.

What is the team like?

  • You’ll be joining a highly collaborative, fast-moving team focused on driving quality pipeline through strategic partnerships. The global partnerships team is lean but growing, with team members in the U.S. and Europe working closely across sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
  • You’ll report directly to the Head of Global Partnerships and serve as the primary partnerships lead in EMEA—owning the strategy and execution for the region. The team culture is data-driven, results-oriented, and rooted in trust and accountability.
  • You’ll collaborate frequently with Account Executives, Inside Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align on target accounts and activate partners that help move deals forward. Everyone on the team is expected to think strategically, take initiative, and operate with a partner-obsessed mindset.
