As a Director of Partnership Operations, you'll be joining OpenTable, an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. We've been an innovator in the hospitality space for over 25 years, serving millions of diners and partnering with more than 60,000 restaurants. Our world-class technology helps restaurants focus on what matters most—their team, their guests, and their bottom line.

This newly created, globally-focused role will lead a growing team that brings to life world-first advertising campaigns and activations in the hospitality space. You will deliver on a wide range of partnerships, from ad operations to live events.

This is more than a typical operations role—it's a chance to be a creative force. You will be expected to rethink the playbook, challenge assumptions, and turn roadblocks into breakthroughs. You'll be the go-to person for fresh insights and unconventional thinking, helping your team thrive in complex customer conversations and high-stakes opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of partnerships from post-sale execution to live events.

  • Develop processes and playbooks to support scaled growth.

  • Cultivate and grow a team of highly qualified individual contributors.

  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the OpenTable ecosystem and the broader advertising industry.

  • Act as the primary point of contact within OpenTable for partnership activations.

  • Represent OpenTable at both internal and external events.

  • Create and develop new ad products and the systems to support their launch.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the advertising industry, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role.

  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced technology company, with the ability to challenge and support constant change.

  • Project Management: The ability to manage complex, multi-country projects across different time zones, both individually and with your team.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Google Ad Manager.

  • Influence: The ability to motivate and persuade colleagues in other departments to support and work on projects.

  • Ownership: A high sense of ownership and pride in the work you and your direct reports produce.


Additional Details

  • This is a full-time position located in London, UK.

  • You will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days a week.

  • Travel will be required for both internal and external meetings as needed.

As a team member with us, you will benefit from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters.
