Our Opportunity

At Snyk, we’re transforming how security is integrated into the modern software development lifecycle. To expand our impact, we are seeking a Director, Channel, GSI & Cloud MKPL, EMEA to spearhead our partner ecosystem strategy across the region.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-performing team, forging and strengthening strategic go-to-market partnerships with channel partners, global systems integrators (GSIs), cloud providers, and technology alliances. You'll play a key role in scaling our ecosystem, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring customer success through collaboration with partners who shape the security landscape across EMEA.

You’ll Spend Your Time:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team that manages and expands partnerships with channel partners, GSIs, cloud providers, and technology alliances.
  • Defining and executing the EMEA partner ecosystem strategy, ensuring alignment with Snyk’s global objectives while tailoring approaches to regional market dynamics.
  • Building strong relationships with strategic partners, driving revenue growth, market penetration, and joint business planning.
  • Collaborating with cloud providers and technology alliances to design enablement programs, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Developing and overseeing partner enablement programs that maximize adoption and success in the region.
  • Monitoring partner performance and ensuring accountability, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategy and optimize impact.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to create seamless partner integration and a unified go-to-market approach.


What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner ecosystem leadership, including channel, GSI, cloud, or technology alliances—ideally in cybersecurity or software.
  • A proven track record of scaling partner-driven revenue strategies and executing successful go-to-market initiatives across EMEA.
  • Deep understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural and business nuances, with experience in emerging markets.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for building, mentoring, and retaining top-tier teams.
  • Experience working with cloud providers and technology alliances to create and deliver joint solutions.
  • Strong strategic and operational thinking, with the ability to balance long-term vision with executional excellence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner and team activities.


We’d be Lucky if You: 

  • Have experience in developer security, DevSecOps, or cloud security.
  • Are innovative, curious, and proactive in refining and evolving partnership strategies.
  • Bring a positive, high-energy, team-first mentality to tackling challenges.
  • Have a deep understanding of co-selling and joint go-to-market models with leading cloud providers and GSIs.
