Alongside our Director of Product, you'll model open collaboration and constructive challenge, always in the best interests of Alfa and our customers. You'll lead, coach and develop the Markets team, building a collaborative, inclusive and externally-focused culture that reflects our values of working together, listening and constructive challenge.

The tools we'll use

Your real toolkit is market intelligence: customer and competitor insight, regulatory tracking and structured strategic thinking, backed up by close partnership with our Revenue, Product and Strategy teams and the platforms they use to plan, track and measure progress against our commercial goals.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Significant experience in a senior market strategy, commercial leadership, product marketing, industry practice leadership or consulting role within enterprise software
  • A strong understanding of regulated financial services markets - ideally automotive, equipment or commercial finance, or an adjacent sector A track record of defining and executing go-to-market strategies for complex B2B software products and services
  • Experience leading and developing senior, highly skilled teams

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging executive stakeholders, customers and prospects
  • A history of representing organisations externally through industry forums, conferences or customer engagements
  • An understanding of AI, automation and the emerging technologies reshaping financial services

  • 5 days per year for conferences or training
  • 3 paid days of volunteering per year
