The Role
We’re looking for a bold strategist, a creative operator, and a culture shaper who can take the Tezos brand and inject new life into it to reach new audiences across Web3.

As Marketing Director, you’ll own the ecosystem narrative end-to-end: from the Tezos L1 and EVM compatible layer (Etherlink) to the products, projects, and dApps that make this one of the most vibrant and forward-thinking communities.

What you’ll do

• Own the full marketing roadmap for Tezos from brand and product marketing to community and ecosystem growth. Translate big goals into bold strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption

• Craft a narrative that captures imaginations and makes the Tezos ecosystem impossible to ignore. Position the technology as industry leading, spotlight breakthrough dApps, and turn complex tech into stories

• Inspire and empower a talented marketing team setting clear direction, champion creativity, and build a culture that balances experimentation with fast impactful execution.

• Define KPIs that matter: brand reach, user growth, community activation and turn insight into action. Launch campaigns that resonate and keep pushing the bar higher.

• Keep Tezos at the forefront of the Web3 conversation. Anticipate trends, track community sentiment, and seize opportunities to make headlines. Ensure that the Tezo ecosystem always leads and never follows.

• Create a fast-moving, high-trust environment where ideas thrive and delivery is everything. Build a team that takes ownership, moves with urgency, and brings bold marketing to life.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience as a marketing leader in Web3 is essential.

• A strong online presence or deep understanding of crypto-native communities on platforms like X, Discord, and Telegram.

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale Web3 communities and products through creative, data-driven marketing.

• A genuine ownership mentality, you make things happen and hold yourself accountable for results

• A love for storytelling, strategy, and experimentation with a drive to make Tezos the most talked-about name in blockchain.
