Are you an accomplished marketing leader with a proven track record of driving regional growth and building market-leading brands? We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives across EMEA. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with both global and regional business objectives to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative, multi-channel marketing programs that fuel revenue growth, elevate brand presence, and accelerate customer acquisition. You will work closely with senior executives and regional commercial leaders to ensure alignment and drive the success of high-priority initiatives across the EMEA region.

Your role in our mission

  • Lead the development and execution of region-specific marketing strategies that are fully aligned with global business objectives, driving revenue growth, achieving bookings targets, and establishing a dominant market position.

  • Collaborate with the SVP & General Manager EMEA and other senior commercial leaders to define and achieve high-impact go-to-market strategies and goals.

  • Oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement programs.

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring marketing-driven bookings and pipeline growth while maintaining program delivery within scope, on time, and on budget.

  • Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer data to identify emerging opportunities and continuously refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.

  • Act as a key influencer, collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure the marketing agenda is positioned to deliver against both strategic and financial objectives.

 

Valued skills and experience

  • Extensive experience in senior regional marketing leadership roles, ideally within B2B enterprise or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) environments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred).

  • Deep expertise in integrated marketing strategies and proficiency with digital marketing channels.

  • A strategic thinker with exceptional project management capabilities, adept at prioritizing and executing in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional and matrixed teams.

  • Strong analytical acumen and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and performance optimization.

  • Proven ability to lead with influence, work collaboratively across diverse teams, and drive consensus at all levels of the organization.

  • A self-starter who thrives under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes.
