Are you a growth-driven marketer with a passion for creating impactful customer experiences and driving revenue expansion? Deel is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to own and optimize our customer lifecycle strategy, with a focus on identifying cross-sell opportunities, enhancing retention, and building scalable, data-driven programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Cross-Sell and Revenue Expansion
    Identify and activate cross-sell opportunities across Deel’s suite of products, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customers unlock the full value of Deel.

  • Own and Optimize the Customer Lifecycle
    Establish and execute a comprehensive customer contact strategy, creating scalable, measurable programs that deliver results at every lifecycle stage.

  • Experiment, Analyze, and Scale
    Adopt a growth hacker mindset to experiment with lifecycle programs, analyze outcomes, and rapidly scale successful initiatives. Define and measure KPIs, including customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Collaborate Across Teams for Impact
    Partner with teams including Product Marketing and Growth to deliver consistent messaging and maximize the impact of product updates and campaigns.

  • Strengthen Customer Relationships
    Develop proactive touchpoints with Customer Success and Account Management teams to position Deel as a strategic partner, driving long-term loyalty and expansion.

  • Leverage Insights for Growth
    Use data and customer insights to identify trends, mitigate churn risks, and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Sales to turn these insights into measurable revenue.

Who You Are

  • A growth-oriented marketer with 10+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology

  • Proven success in designing and scaling cross-sell and upsell initiatives that drive measurable revenue.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with expertise in building and tracking KPIs across the customer lifecycle.

  • A strong collaborator who can work across teams and functions to deliver seamless customer experiences.

  • Experience managing global programs with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

  • Comfortable leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across many departments
