Algo is a rapidly growing technology company specializing in the manufacturing and supply of audio and video communication products. Our innovative solutions are designed to make industrial communication safe, simple, and effective. We collaborate with some of the largest technology companies globally to deliver cutting-edge products to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead Algo's international sales organization.

Reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our international growth strategy across EMEA and APAC while leading a team of regional Business Development Managers.

This is not a desk-based leadership role. We're looking for a player-coach who enjoys working directly with distributors, strategic partners, system integrators, and major end users while coaching a high-performing international team.

You'll play a critical role in expanding our global footprint, strengthening our partner ecosystem, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across multiple international markets.

What You'll Do

International Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute the international sales strategy across EMEA and APAC.
  • Build annual business plans, territory strategies, and market priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for geographic expansion and long-term revenue growth.
  • Own international sales performance, pipeline development, forecasting, and gross margin.

Channel Development

  • Grow and strengthen Algo's international distributor and reseller network.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, value-added resellers, systems integrators, consultants, and technology partners.
  • Drive partner recruitment, enablement, and long-term productivity.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and partner development planning.

Customer & Market Development

  • Support strategic end-user opportunities across priority verticals.
  • Develop relationships with multinational customers and key industry influencers.
  • Help create customer demand alongside channel partners.
  • Represent Algo at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements.

Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed team of Business Development Managers.
  • Set performance expectations, territory plans, and sales objectives.
  • Recruit and onboard additional international sales talent as the business grows.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Technical Support, and Finance.
  • Provide market intelligence to influence product strategy and future investments.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and CRM discipline across the international team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has successfully built international markets - not simply managed an existing business.

  • 10+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
  • 5+ years leading international sales or channel teams.
  • Experience building and managing distributor and reseller networks across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated success growing new markets from an early stage.
  • Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience selling technical hardware or integrated technology solutions through channel partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen, forecasting skills, and executive communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Additional European languages are considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (35–50%).

Experience That Would Be Highly Valuable

  • Unified Communications (UC)
  • UCaaS
  • VoIP
  • SIP endpoints
  • Professional AV
  • Commercial audio
  • Physical security
  • IP networking
  • Intercom and critical communications
