Job Description

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR-related workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining the quality of the fund's HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with candidates
  • Create and maintain job postings
  • Organise and manage candidate recruitment
  • Ensure all team members stay motivated
  • Lead a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

No prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for a motivated, customer-centric individual.

Qualifications

 

  • University Student
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and with others
  • Highly organized and very adept with technology based workflows
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal targeting the needs of an audience; ability to craft and communicate broad organizational messages
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to sustain a positive work environment
  • Capable of strong, active listening with the ability to give full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
