Job DescriptionThe Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing HR-related workflows, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining the quality of the fund's HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Create and maintain job postings
- Organise and manage candidate recruitment
- Ensure all team members stay motivated
- Lead a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
No prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for a motivated, customer-centric individual.
Qualifications
- University Student
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively both independently and with others
- Highly organized and very adept with technology based workflows
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal targeting the needs of an audience; ability to craft and communicate broad organizational messages
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to sustain a positive work environment
- Capable of strong, active listening with the ability to give full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions as appropriate
