If you have previously been a CMO / CMO / Marketing Director of a small company that grew through the £30M-£50M+ revenue range, in B2C consumer goods/services with a strong digital marketplace and eCommerce presence, don't miss this exciting opportunity to make an impact in a young and dynamic company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to double and double again, the size of the business over the next three to five years
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration
- Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives, leveraging D2C/B2C marketing strategies to optimize performance
- Implement scalable processes and technology solutions to support rapid growth and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives
- Champion the company's core values and behaviours, serving as a culture fut and inspiring others to embody these principles in their work
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing a consumer goods company through in the region of £30M to £50M+ in revenue range, focused on EBITDA for bonus
- Strong expertise in digital marketplaces and eCommerce, with a focus on D2C/B2C customer acquisition and retention marketing
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, capable of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities
- Results-oriented approach, with a track record of delivering value and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to transparency and feedback
