Tomorrow.io’s Government Business Development team enables National Hydrometeorological Services, state and municipal agencies, civil aviation, defense organizations, and more to manage risk—faster than the speed of weather. We operate like a commando unit: small, lean, and extremely high impact. Every individual carries real responsibility and directly influences company performance.

We’re looking for a Director of Government Business Development to lead and grow our public sector footprint across the EU and Middle East. You’ll own the full pipeline—from strategic planning to deal execution—and be directly accountable for revenue generation. You’ll also manage regional partners and agents, while engaging at the highest levels of government and enterprise.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Tomorrow.io’s public sector business across EU and ME

  • Own end-to-end business development: market strategy, relationship-building, and deal execution

  • Manage all regional partners, agents, and indirect sales networks

  • Drive deal flow with senior stakeholders across complex government ecosystems

  • Meet and exceed a substantial revenue quota from government customers

  • Shape the future of how governments manage climate, safety, and operational risk

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of public sector sales experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or agile environment

  • Proven experience selling into government agencies

  • Strong track record closing SaaS/DaaS deals (not limited to hardware or one-off projects)

  • Familiarity with the cultural, political, and commercial landscapes of the EU and Middle East

  • Demonstrated success in managing quota-bearing roles with consistent performance

  • Ability to build and lead indirect sales channels (partners, agents, etc.)

This role is for you if you want to:
  • Lead one of Tomorrow.io’s most strategically important growth regions

  • Sell dual-use technology with real-world mission impact

  • Collaborate with governments tackling urgent climate and safety challenges

  • Work in a startup where your deals directly move the company forward

  • Be part of a category-defining company shaping the future of weather and Earth intelligence

If your experience is close but not a perfect match, we encourage you to apply. At Tomorrow.io, we believe diverse backgrounds and perspectives are what make us stronger. We're building something special—and it starts with our people.
