The Opportunity

Everyone has a story to tell, and Adobe helps every organization do just that. Adobe’s Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Sales Director, Adobe Firefly Enterprise EMEA, will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s Firefly Enterprise business for the industry segment in EMEA. This includes many of Adobe’s largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you will lead a team of 2 Front Line Managers and 12 individual contributors. This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.

Adobe’s Digital Experience suite empowers organizations to tell their stories. As the Firefly Director Firefly Enterprise Sales for EMEA, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive Firefly Enterprise adoption and sales excellence across the region. You will directly manage two First Line Managers (FLMs)—one covering UK & Ireland, one covering the Western region—and three Individual Contributors (ICs) in the Central region. This role is pivotal in aligning regional sales execution with Adobe’s strategic goals for EMEA.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Firefly Enterprise sales team across EMEA, ensuring high performance and engagement across UK/Ireland, Western, and Central EMEA regions.

  • Drive product awareness and act as the face of Firefly Enterprise in EMEA, representing the product at key events and with strategic customers.  Support key customer presentation, executive briefings and events.

  • Build and execute a value-centric sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual targets, ensuring robust pipeline creation and deal closure.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Product Management (PM), Customer Success, and FDE delivery teams to drive regional excellence.

  • Align resources with local markets for effective go-to-market (GTM) execution across Firefly and adjacent products.

  • Support local marketing events and account-based marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts to build pipeline.

  • Work closely with PM and PMM leaders to ensure EMEA-specific needs are met in product innovation, use cases, and positioning.

  • Ensure all opportunities are properly structured before handoff to FDEs and partner with FDE leadership for post-sale adoption and growth.

  • Sponsor and lead ongoing enablement sessions for the team in-region.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration across DX, DMe, and other Adobe business segments.

  • Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years managing high-performance sales teams, including experience with multi-level management (FLMs and ICs) across multiple EMEA regions.

  • Proven track record in SaaS solution sales, with consistent over-achievement of sales targets.

  • Experience building and maintaining executive relationships with sophisticated customers and partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a matrixed, multicultural environment.

  • Domain expertise in Creative Technology, Diffusion Models, Generative AI and LLMs a plus but not required.

  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and pipeline management.

  • High emotional intelligence, passion, and a collaborative leadership style.

  • Ability to inspire, coach, and develop diverse teams.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
