Job Description

We are looking for a force-multiplier leader who can take our EMEA Marketing team through CyberArk’s next phase of growth. Reporting to the VP of Global Field & Channel Marketing, the role is a fantastic opportunity for a revenue-oriented marketing leader with strategic depth and innovative thinking who can drive hyper growth and consistent execution excellence for EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate business growth through innovative marketing strategies for the region, leveraging global & regional programs including integrated campaigns, ABM, C-level engagements, channel marketing, events, and digital demand gen.
  • Interlock with sales leadership and functional leaders to drive new logos & cross-sell motions – implementing Account Based engagement and programmatic revenue marketing to generate pipeline based on data-driven insights.
  • Champion regional & segment market intelligence to influence campaign & program strategies and ensure optimal marketing mix, balancing direct/channel/ABM/digital investments.
  • Drive worldclass execution excellence to increase mindshare, market & wallet share, and partner share in the region, creating differentiated buyer’s journeys that set us apart from our competitors.
  • Own strategic investment and management of regional marketing budget to drive program performance and scale execution effectiveness.
  • Build and grow an A-player revenue marketing team as a strategic business partner for the field.

Qualifications

  • 10 + years in modern, revenue-oriented marketing organizations in global cloud/SaaS/cybersecurity companies, driving new logo and expansion motions across strategic, enterprise and scale segments.
  • 5 + years of management experience in building open, inclusive and high-performing teams with an authentic leadership style.
  • Successful history of execution excellence in leading top/middle/bottom of the funnel programs, including digital marketing, events, ABM and channel co-marketing.
  • Track-record of transcending organizational boundaries, mobilizing collaboration at various levels, and fostering strong relationships and one team mentality.
  • Comprehensive grasp of funnel analytics and applying measures to consistently enhance each phase of the conversion process, leading to pipeline creation, velocity and bookings.
  • Adept at planning and managing resources & investments effectively, prioritizing critical tasks, and allocating wisely based on business goals.
  • A disruptive thinker with big ideas uninhibited by budget, yet rigorous in spend management with ability to pivot as needed.
  • Exceptional communication skills at executive level with ability to simplify complex issues and drive clarity.
  • In-depth understanding of sales & channel, as well as how to communicate with and activate them.
  • Openness to travel as necessary for the role's responsibilities.
  • Holding a bachelor's or master’s degree in business, marketing, or technology is advantageous
