You will be responsible for ensuring that enablement plans are executed effectively, that client teams are trained and supported, and that feedback loops are established to continuously improve the client experience. You will work alongside regional and global enablement leaders to ensure your cluster’s enablement efforts align with Choreograph’s broader business objectives.

Skills and Experience

Partner with account teams to identify opportunities to expand product usage and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Hands-On Enablement Delivery: Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs. Support change management initiatives to help client teams transition to OMS-enabled workflows. Provide practical guidance and best practices to drive day-to-day adoption.
  • Collaboration & Liaison: Act as the primary enablement contact for your market or area of expertise, connecting clients with product, engineering, and data strategy teams and escalating to Enablement leadership as required. Gather and relay client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities. Coordinate with regional enablement peers to share learnings and ensure consistency across accounts.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction within your cluster. Identify trends and areas for improvement, and work with the regional enablement lead to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support for Growth & Retention: Assist in new business pitches and client retention efforts by showcasing OMS capabilities. Develop enablement materials, case studies, and success stories that highlight value delivered to clients.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
