We are looking for a EMEA Director Digital Marketing SNKRS to create and drive the digital marketing plans for SNKRS to grow the business, cultivate innovation, drive brand impact, awareness, & distinction. This candidate will use their experience in digital, social, experiential and brand marketing to bring creative thinking to plans around product launches and cultural & sports moments.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
If this is you, you will be reporting to the Sr. Director Digital Marketing EMEA and be based in the European Headquarters in EHQ. Additionally, you will work and align with Digital business and platform partners across Nike and Jordan. You will work cross-functionally within brand functions as well as with your global counterparts

You must be attuned to the needs of the consumer in a modern sense, eager to push new ways of thinking about and mapping their journeys with our most innovative digital concepts as part of the O2O member journey. We need you to be curious, open to interrogate your own as well as others plans in a constructive way, with always an eye on the critical metrics we are accountable for delivering. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As the EMEA Director Digital Marketing SNKRS, you will be responsible for leading the EMEA vision and strategy for SNKRS. You have a deep appreciation for  digital, Sneaker Culture, embrace a consumer/member-first mentality and are a strong digital marketeer as well as commercial savvy. You are an integral part of the Digital Marketing leadership team and collectively the focus is to serve all athletes* with their ultimate digital experience of the best of Nike.  

You will work across diverse cross functional teams to set and own the digital experiences, content and marketing plans from strategy to execution. This will include working within the broader Nike/Jordan Brand organization to plan out future projects, collaborating across multiple workstreams at the same time, communicating with cross-functional partners and leading seasonal executions from beginning to end.

  • Unlock innovative digital strategies, plans and experiences that are leading the way to digitally serve our most discerning consumer to set the pace of change and innovation in culture

  • Create strong alignment between NBHD, RNWY & cities to holistically serve the consumer

  • Manage a team to build and deliver best in class digital plans and consumer executions

  • Manage and influence the approach to the 13-week journey and follow through with all counterparts to ensure precision, impact, and Brand Standards work.

  • Recommend digital standards and requirements to global,  brand creative and media counterparts.

  • Lead key CODE gates for SNKRS in brand and NDDC

  • Ideate & build new consumer experiences/opportunities at scale

  • Leads reporting and sharing of Digital Marketing Success KPIs on SNKRS.

  • Leads communication with global teams on marketing support
