Reporting to Global Head of Operations, you will create impact within our data team.

You will focus on both strategic decision-making and the technical infrastructure behind it. You will help transform raw data into meaningful insights, helping business leaders make informed decisions across operations, finance, and strategic growth projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Data Engineering & Architecture
• Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Establish scalable data models that align with the broader systems architecture and master data management strategies.
• Data Analysis & Insight Generation
• Translate complex requirements into analytical frameworks and datasets.
• Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Looker, with a long-term roadmap toward LookML development and AI-enabled analytics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that inform company priorities.
• Quality Assurance & Governance
• Implement rigorous data quality and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Support and guide the development of data governance and best practices across the organisation.

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses (BigQuery).
• Experience with ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Proficiency with BI tools and intuitive visualisation.
• Experience defining and implementing analytics strategies that align with our goals and technical constraints.
• You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
• You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions (Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering).
• You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
