You’ll manage a diverse team, lead incident response, and influence how we adopt cutting-edge technologies to protect critical infrastructure. What You’ll Do

Drive Security Strategy: Translate the security roadmap into measurable operational initiatives and monitor progress.

Lead Global Teams: Mentor and manage a dispersed team, setting SMART goals and fostering high performance.

Manage Risk: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate business risks across the organization.

Respond to Incidents: Coordinate stakeholders during cyber incidents or crises, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.

Engage Customers: Represent Hansen’s security capability to clients and respond to security-related inquiries.

Ensure Compliance: Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements (GDPR, NIS2) and interface with auditors.

Innovate: Lead evaluations of security tools and adopt Hansen’s AI-first approach to enhance processes.

Governance Leadership: Chair IT & Security governance forums and maintain robust reporting mechanisms.
What You Bring

Proven experience in security operations, engineering, architecture, and GRC.

Strong knowledge of UK/EU regulatory frameworks and security controls in IT systems.

Experience managing global teams and leading security initiatives.

Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex security concepts clearly.

University degree in relevant fields; security certifications (GIAC, AWS, Azure, CEH, OSCP) are a plus.
