About this role

About the Role

The Director of Client Experience Transformation will be a key leader within the Aladdin Client Experience (ACX) team. This role involves driving strategic initiatives across organizational design, technology integration, operating process, and talent to enhance client engagement, retention, and growth on our global Aladdin platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives for the Aladdin client experience team and project manage execution of change initiatives.
  • Oversee complex projects integrating process, technology, and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with business, product, technology, and leadership teams to develop and execute comprehensive client experience transformations.
  • Develop and implement roadmaps with measurable goals for client experience improvements.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Manage stakeholder communications across global teams and time zones.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to organizational development.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment management or FinTech. Experience in client service a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic change programs.
  • Deep understanding of the investment management lifecycle. Knowledge of Aladdin is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of technology, including Aladdin, ServiceNow, and AI.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills.
  • Experience navigating complex, matrix organizational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Aladdin platform or similar investment management technologies.
  • Background in AI/ML solutions, including large language models.
  • Advanced degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
