  • Building and managing senior relationships with key decision-makers, business owners, investment committees and adviser networks.
  • Promoting the firm’s investment solutions, including Managed Portfolio Services, discretionary services and other relevant propositions.
  • Developing a clear regional business plan focused on target firms, growth opportunities and key strategic relationships.
  • Managing a robust pipeline of adviser opportunities and ensuring disciplined follow-up through to conversion.

  • Experience promoting investment solutions such as Managed Portfolio Services, discretionary fund management services, model portfolios or wider wealth management propositions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the adviser market, including adviser business models, platform dynamics, investment outsourcing and client proposition requirements.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including firm principals, investment committees and professional introducers with strong presentation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially focused, with a clear understanding of pipeline management, opportunity qualification and conversion.

Desired:

  • Existing network of high-quality adviser relationships in the South West.
  • Experience working for an investment manager, discretionary fund manager, wealth manager, asset manager, platform or MPS provider.
