Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth and strengthen our presence within the manufacturing and warehousing sectors across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be tasked with forging and deepening executive-level relationships with key accounts, identifying lucrative revenue opportunities, and fostering collaboration between teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Growth:

  • Build and nurture relationships with our top 3 EMEA customers, serving as a trusted advisor to drive account expansion.
  • Take ownership as the primary business development lead, identifying and unlocking new revenue streams.

New Partner Acquisition:

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with EMEA-based companies that align with our product roadmap and innovation initiatives in the manufacturing and warehousing sectors.
  • Develop joint value propositions with partners and define co-marketing or co-selling frameworks to ensure mutual success and business alignment.

Growth and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Executive leadership teams to design and communicate an impactful growth strategy tailored to EMEA’s customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Drive strategic account growth while identifying and acquiring new EMEA customers through targeted business development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership roles in the manufacturing, warehousing, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new partnerships in the EMEA region.
  • Strong executive presence and experience building and managing C-level relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams (IT, OT) and external partners.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align initiatives with organizational goals and product innovation roadmaps.
  • Experience in developing joint marketing/sales strategies and executing go-to-market plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Familiarity with key challenges and trends in the manufacturing and warehousing industries.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.
