- Guide internal teams on where Find.co can win in Crypto—providing data-backed recommendations on content formats, vertical expansion, and revenue models.
- Source, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with crypto platforms, exchanges, and fintech products.
- Negotiate and close revenue-generating deals, including CPA, CPL, revenue share, and fixed-fee agreements.
- Design full-funnel campaigns and partnership opportunities that align with partner goals and Find.co content capabilities.
- Manage and mentor account managers while directly contributing to BD efforts.
- Collaborate with Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams to align on content strategy, user experience, and partner enablement.
- Report on performance metrics, pipeline development, and revenue projections.
- Serve as the internal Crypto strategy expert—identifying where the market is heading and where Find.co should focus.
- Represent Find.co at industry events and within crypto communities to build visibility and trust.
- Provide thought leadership that influences product roadmap and editorial strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a business development, partnerships, or revenue-focused role within an affiliate or media company.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in performance marketing environments in the Crypto vertical
- Deep expertise in affiliate models, digital acquisition, and content monetization.
- Strong relationships within the crypto ecosystem—ideally across platforms, exchanges, and high-growth fintechs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and deal-structuring skills.
- Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
