What you will do: 

We are seeking an experienced Director of Channel Sales to lead global channel sales growth across our AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner) product portfolio. This leader will oversee our global network of distributors, resellers, and partners to drive indirect revenue, expand market coverage, and accelerate the adoption of products like SketchUp, Tekla, and Trimble Construction solutions.

You will build and lead a high-performing partner sales organization, define global channel strategy, execute partner programs, and drive partner-sourced revenue growth across global markets.   Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute a global channel sales strategy aligned to growth targets, partner coverage, and product expansion.

  • Manage global partner relationships and partner performance with full ownership of channel sales.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of strategic partners to extend AECO market coverage targets.

  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, partner-sourced pipeline metrics, and drive top-deal execution globally.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success, operations) to support partner success.

  • Execute partner programs including certifications, incentives, MDF, enablement, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Oversee partner enablement and training programs to ensure ongoing sales, technical, and marketing capability.

  • Monitor partner pipeline health, drive demand generation efforts, and ensure strong partner-led pipeline creation.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with top partners to achieve mutual growth targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner capacity to adjust channel strategy as needed.

  • Lead global channel sales team, coaching and developing leaders and managers for partner business execution.
     

What you should bring: 

  • 15+ years of sales/channel sales experience with proven success in global partner ecosystems, ideally within AECO, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • 8+ years of global people management experience, including managing managers across multiple geographies.

  • Expertise in global distributor management, indirect channel sales, and partner-led growth models.

  • Strong experience with partner program design, enablement, and partner-sourced pipeline development.

  • Demonstrated success delivering against revenue targets, managing partner pipeline, and closing partner-led deals.

  • Experience collaborating across omni-channel models with direct sales and e-commerce organizations.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership experience collaborating with marketing, product, operations, and customer success.

  • Strong business acumen: forecasting, budgeting, analytics, and P&L exposure.

  • Industry expertise in the AECO sector is highly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
     

Preferred Systems Experience

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud & PRM (strongly preferred)
    Impartner (strongly preferred)

Salary+variable = $280,000k - 300,000 OTE +/-
