Responsible for providing oversight and management of advanced audience creation.  Assessing programme effectiveness, reviewing consistency of adoption, spreading best practices and new capabilities. Maintaining the audience and insight development roadmap.

This role will be hands on in terms of the data and analytics while collaborating with various parts of the organization.  It also involves coaching, mentoring others with extended partnership across many disciplines and markets.

This role will be part of a team of audience insights specialists that play a crucial role in understanding audience behaviour and preferences. As experts in consumer data, analysis, and MarTech – we gather valuable insights to help our clients make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies, utilizing the industry’s most robust dataset in Omnicom’s proprietary platform – Omni. We’re looking for curious colleagues, who enjoy learning more about data, insights tools, and meeting the ever-changing needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate highly visible leadership with a willingness to deeply research and understand our client’s business issues
  • Global audience creation with local market execution for selection, model creation, and activation
  • Develop custom audiences, audience activation, including testing of audience implementation and trouble shooting
  • Programme management and data governance
  • Insight development and curation to support audience development and validate targeting
  • Strategic recommendations for programme effectiveness ensuring cross-market adoption of best practices
  • Biddable partner for audience creation and optimizations
  • Data exploration, test design and validation
  • Project management and prioritization for cross portfolio global audience requests
  • Team mentoring, development and management

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience with Marketing and Media related data sources and technology like syndicated research sources (ComScore, TGI, GWI etc.) is required.
  • Strong advertising technology subject matter expertise, including the ability to associate data solutions with technological requirements
  • Advanced understanding of data analysis, marketing campaign strategy and insight generation
  • Industry Knowledge in marketing analytics and data (1st and 3rd party data solutions, data platforms, aggregated and user level data)
  • Familiarity with modelling techniques like predictive modelling, MMM, Clustering, and Segmentation.
  • Ability to generate a powerful storyline from data that is in multiple sources, tools and data environments
  • Coding experience like SQL, Python, R a plus. Experience with A/B testing, campaign analytics, and measurement is preferred.
  • Able to provide business-like translation to complex data analytics solutions so that solutions are understood by marketers.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and teach a range of business and technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Solutions oriented: analytic skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive issues to resolution
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Proactive, organized, dedicated, team player 
  • Experience coordinating large groups of people, building strong relationships and establishing processes to ensure an effective flow of communication

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
