Introduction to the role
At Kantar, we help the world’s leading brands understand people and inspire growth. Our Insights division is all about human understanding – we work with global names like Adidas, TikTok, HSBC and Unilever to help them make confident decisions across brand, creative, media, innovation and more.
The Brand domain is the largest within our Insights division and continues to grow with new client wins and exciting projects. As an Insight Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies for some of the world’s most recognised brands. You’ll build strong partnerships, immerse yourself in your clients’ worlds, and deliver guidance that drives both short-term wins and long-term success.
This is a dynamic, evolving role where you’ll lead teams, influence client decisions, and contribute to innovative initiatives that set the standard for brand growth. If you’re passionate about brands, data-driven insight and inspiring others, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients, helping them shape brand strategies and achieve growth.
  • Lead teams on large-scale brand health tracking, equity and positioning projects, and communications development.
  • Use advanced techniques such as neuroscience, social media analytics and digital measurement to deliver cutting-edge insights.
  • Drive client relationships through proposals and pitches, showcasing sector expertise and value.
  • Inspire and mentor junior team members while contributing to the commercial success of the Brand domain.
Ideal Skills & Experience
  • Strong strategic and consultative approach with a passion for brand development.
  • Expertise in quantitative research and experience leading brand projects (tracking, equity, positioning).
  • Proven experience working with global clients in fast-moving sectors.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving team success.
