· Design and deliver tailored learning experiences including workshops, prompting parties, demos, and curated content.

· Act as a connector and facilitator - bringing together stakeholders, sharing best practices, and creating forums for meaningful digital dialogue.

· Collaborate with key teams to align community efforts with firm-wide capability priorities.

· Collect feedback and measure impact to continuously enhance the learning experience and drive engagement.

· Stay current on digital trends, tools, and AI developments and translate these into relevant, practical initiatives for the business.

· Ability to distil complex information into engaging, accessible content for various audiences.

· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

· Experience in professional services, consultancy, or similarly fast-paced and client-driven environments.

· Understanding of change management practices.

· Prior work with LMS platforms or digital learning tools.

· Involvement in digital champion programmes or similar influencer/ champion networks.
