What you'll be doing;
Working with the onsite team you will continuously review and improve processes, so they are fit for purpose
Work closely with operational teams to ensure that data and reporting are effectively used to improve the efficiency and performance of the services
Take ownership of operational data, and maintain it to the highest standard, making sure it is current, accurate and real-time
Develop and implement the latest advances in technology to drive the digitisation of our services
Support the implementation of our digital training strategy and deliver operational end-user training
Support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information to make better business decisions
Capturing requirements for reporting and system changes to ensure they are fit for purpose and are being used efficiently
Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist
Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and as part of work on our operational systems
What we're looking for;
Degree-level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences or Geographical Information Science (to be achieved by September 2026)
Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements
Able to work independently as well as a part of the team
High problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills, to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis
Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets
A passion for sustainability and ecological transformation
Excellent communication and written skills
Strong administration skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
