    • Use customer behaviour data (conversion funnel, click-through rates, search and product performance) to improve engagement and conversion
    • Deliver a seamless, high-performing customer journey by identifying and resolving friction points
    • Support the development and execution of promotional plans in collaboration with Marketing and Buying teams
    • Ensure pricing and offer strategies are aligned to commercial goals
    • Partner with Buying teams to review category ranges, identify gaps, and contribute to range planning
    • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends on a regular basis to inform trading decisions
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, UX, commercial, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and cross-category optimisation
    • Identify and capitalise on cross-merchandising opportunities to drive key ecommerce metrics
    • Produce and share performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders

About You

    • Proven experience in ecommerce trading or online merchandising within a retail or marketplace environment
    • Strong track record of delivering commercial targets through data-led trading activity
    • Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics or PowerBI
    • Experience forecasting key ecommerce metrics and using insights to inform decisions
    • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams
    • Understanding of pricing, promotions, and range planning principles
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
    • High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused approach
