We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Propositions Manager to sit at the heart of our Digital Customer team. You will identify, model, test, and scale Digital Propositions to generate new revenue streams.

You will be a results-driven individual who excels at bringing cross-functional groups together. You will lead "Rapid Test Initiatives" working with Tech, Editorial, Product, and Marketing, to launch propositions and products across our range of media brands that drive tangible business value.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Digital Customer: Subscriptions Media, the Digital Propositions Manager, you will drive the execution and delivery of our digital subscription initiatives, with a specific focus on new launches and revenue growth. You will bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, acting as the primary force behind our "Rapid Test Initiatives."

Your mission is to operate with a test-and-learn mindset, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure propositions are launched efficiently and effectively. You will move projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they perform in line with commercial targets. You are not just monitoring progress; you are driving the momentum required to turn strategic visions into live, revenue-generating products.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • Experience in a Proposition, Product, Growth, or Project Management role within a digital environment (Publishing/Media sector desirable).
  • Experience overseeing a revenue or conversion KPI and ability to produce basic financial models/projections.
  • Evidence of "rapid" execution—launching products/campaigns in weeks, not months.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (GSuite); comfortable with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)/Sheets (intermediate to advanced) and data visualization tools.
  • Lead meetings effectively, and drive cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
What's in it for you

The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £50,000

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home

… Plus more great perks, which include;

  • Uncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time
  • When we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus
  • Refer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future
