Job Description

This exciting Digital Strategy Manager role is across one of our large agency clients, your digital expertise, strategic and insight superpowers will come into play whilst talking to global clients and internal stakeholders in multiple markets.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to work across 25+ markets with a large Engine team which is involved in all elements of Essity’s digital advertising. 

This role is dedicated and will sit within the Essity team based in Zenith International. The role will report to the lead of the Digital Centre of Excellence (COE) and work in close collaboration with the channel teams (social, search, programmatic activation) to identify digital trends and drive best practice which can be packaged and shared out across the Zenith local network and Essity clients (local + global). The role will drive learnings into the hands of local Zenith planners to advance local digital tactical media plans with the latest insight and lift overall digital maturity across all markets (regardless of size).

  • Accountable for identifying and distributing digital biddable learnings and best practice across Zenith local markets’ planners to enable the advancement of local digital campaign strategy and tactical media planning
  • Collaborate with analytics team members and digital buyers within the Hub to support the collection of digital data
  • Provide input and recommendations for improvements/needs across the automated dashboarding (Project Dream) to enable Hub buyers, local planners, and COE team to identified digital trends and inform insight and learnings
  • Develop annual digital strategic roadmap alongside Essity global
  • Co-creating annual digital test & learn plan, deliver against co-developed digital strategic pillars with Essity global


Qualifications

  • Experience across digital insight, best practices
  • Good understanding of digital reporting, ad technology, governance
  • Worked within either digital strategy, planning or activation teams across
