What’s the scope?

As a Digital Specialist you will support the Digital Sales team across our digital players. You will optimize cooperation between departments to cross-functionally ensure a successful and timely Go-to-Market. Your key responsibility will be to bring our seasonal collections to life with our partners, solving technical issues and optimizing content and customer experience. You will also be directly involved in the day-to-day activities of our Marketplace business, running seasonal promotions and optimizing our performance on the leading EU marketplaces for fashion. Contribute to the success of Lee & Wrangler brands by supporting our online retailer’s strategy.

Your responsibilities as Our Digital Specialist;

  • Content Creation: Manage product publication and maintenance, including product descriptions, attributes, images, categories, publication dates, and other relevant details. Collect and coordinate information across internal departments to create catalogs that align with the specific requirements of each digital partner.
  • Go-to-Market: Plan catalogue onboarding and deliver state-of-the-art Go-to-Market process Address issues by collaborating with partners and integrators to ensure all problems are resolved promptly. Work backward from target launch dates to guarantee on-time publication.
  • Customer experience: Monitor the merchandising within our digital marketplaces to ensure product selections are visually appealing, business-oriented, and customer-centric.
  • Promotions & discount: Develop product discount lists aimed at maximizing revenue and margins in alignment with finance guidelines. Ensure accurate implementation across all platforms.
  • Marketplace maintenance activities: Collaborate with the Kontoor technical team to enhance sales order flow and support new projects.
  • Technical problem solving and improvement: Solve daily issues related to data transmission and system complexities across involved partners. Identify opportunities to improve content syndication and ways to drive automation in the processes with our partners.

Skills for Success:  

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, digital business, or e-commerce
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • High proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, pivot tables) and overall knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Experience with SAP is preferred
  • Analytical skills and financial acumen
  • Reliability, strong attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Ownership and accountability for results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to dive deep, including overcoming technical challenges with third-party services and integrators
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Business fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
  • Proactive, humble, eager to learn, and adaptable to change
