About the Role:

This role will provide People Partner support for Digital Solutions, our Corporate IT team, by driving core people processes, building the talent strategy, and implementing strategic HR initiatives to enable high performing technology teams with an enterprise impact.

This is a global position reporting into the Sr. Director Digital Solutions People Partner, that will be supporting people leaders and team members in a dynamic portfolio of functions, including Corporate Platforms, Digital Technology Services, Information Security, and Technology Risk & Governance. Collaborating closely with all Senior Leadership teams, this role will ensure that the people plans and priorities across all the various areas within these groups are consistent and align with the overall people strategy.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and innovation, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As this role primarily supports senior leaders based in the US, this role requires someone to work US hours.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Provide Key Business Partnering across areas of Talent & Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, People Rewards and Organizational Change Management.

  • Drive Workforce planning efforts. Work with business on strategic workforce design and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify current and future leaders.  Help to manage headcount budget in partnership with Digital Solutions Leadership and Finance organization.  

  • Drive the Performance Management Process with employees and managers.  Facilitate review sessions with management to ensure consistency and equity across client groups.  Train new staff in process application. Counsel employees and managers in areas of performance improvement and in identifying training and development opportunities. Coach Managers to manage employee performance issues.

  • Drive Talent Development by partnering with COE’s to host sessions on careers, SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory), coaching engagements, mentoring programs, and ensuring there is a clear and targeted development plan in place for critical and key talent.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,773 to $148,762.5. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in a Global environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • A focused driver with a structured process approach and ability to deliver outcomes

  • Advanced problem-solving skills. Able to quickly identify and understand issues and drive towards effective resolution

  • Aptitude to communicate and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, strong prioritization and organization skills

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly developed skills in influencing and navigating a complex, heavily matrixed global organization

  • Ability to work in and organize self in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal direction

  • Ability to work in a complex and highly matrixed environment; including being skilled at influencing senior leaders across the organization

  • Ability to work effectively across teams, foster inclusivity, overcome resistance and navigate a complex organization

  • Ability to quickly build credibility and relationships across large multiple global teams

  • Passionate about people development, strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence and persuade others

  • Advanced communication skills. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to the essential components and deliver these effectively to a wide range of audiences
