Join us as a Digital Release Analyst

  • We’ll look to you to plan, run and deliver end-to-end releases within a release train or manage components of projects or programmes
  • You’ll be supporting the team to realise strategy, propositions and capabilities within digital channels to required time, quality and within risk appetite

What you'll do

As a Digital Release Analyst, you’ll be managing the end-to-end delivery of digital releases and other changes to digital channels from inception through to post-live validation and monitoring, while making sure that the brand, customer experience and impacts on engagement are considered at every stage.

You’ll also be

  • Planning, running and delivering activities in a timely manner to support the implementation of new releases across digital platforms which support the vision and purpose
  • Defining and undertaking readiness activity, making sure that all required logistics for the implementation event are fully planned and cascaded across all relevant stakeholders
  • Making sure that there’s robust risk management by actively managing risks and dependencies, providing cross-team synchronisation and developing activities to adequately embed release changes within the business
  • Completing required governance activities associated with each digital release in collaboration with relevant teams

The skills you'll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll need the ability to provide expertise in digital channels, including mobile, online and digital propositions. You’ll also need an understanding of Agile methodology and experience in business change delivery, coupled with the ability to deliver initiatives through Agile ways of working, harnessing digital and technological advances that benefit customers. You'll be able to manage a number of concurrent tasks relating to the delivery of mobile releases in a fast paced environment to time and quality.

In addition, you’ll bring:

  • An understanding of and proven experience in change framework and Idea 2 Value tools and methodologies
  • Experience in root cause analysis and the ability to pay attention to detail to enable effective problem solving
  • The ability to demonstrate creative thinking
  • The ability to adapt to quickly changing environments
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues effectively
