Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Projects Manager to join us on a 1-year fixed-term contract. Based in Wrexham, London Paddington, Dublin, Paris or Signes, this role will lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and the digitalisation of processes and tools across our production environment.

What you’ll do

  • Lead digitalisation projects in production, such as implementing digital tools for visual management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify needs, propose innovative solutions, and ensure successful project deployment

  • Monitor performance of implemented initiatives and measure their impact on operations

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects linked to process digitalisation

  • Train and support teams in adopting new digital tools

What you’ll bring

  • Engineering degree (generalist preferred), ideally with initial experience in digital project management within an industrial environment

  • Experience with Office 365 low-code / no-code tools (Power Platform) is desirable

  • Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage

  • Strong curiosity, analytical mindset, and ability to quickly understand complex technical environments

  • Ability to work collaboratively and engage stakeholders across projects

  • English mandatory: French is an advantage
