About Us

At Eventogy, our mission is to be the trusted technology partner for corporate event professionals everywhere, innovating the future of events with integrity and courage. We are a character-driven team, united by our ambition to deliver excellence. One of our core strengths lies in our exceptional Support team—individuals who consistently go the extra mile to help our clients execute world-class events.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join the Eventogy team. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by acting as the main bridge between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

You will:

  • Manage a cross-functional Production team day to day via Scrum methodology
  • Ensure all team members are aligned, efficient, and working towards clear deliverables.
  • Maintain a high standard of project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Have experience with Data Migrations and/or Platform Migrations

You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer, working closely with senior leadership while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.

This is a hybrid role with on-site requirements at our Farringdon, London office, and occasional remote work and travel. A smooth handover will be provided as you'll be stepping into the responsibilities of our outgoing Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Operational Spine: Bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution by managing ticket readiness, sprint rhythm, and release discipline.
  • Enforce the "Definition of Ready": Convert prototypes and user stories into dev-ready tickets with full acceptance criteria, ensuring no half-baked work enters the sprint.
  • Lead the V1 to V2 Migration: Orchestrate the sequencing and client communication for migrating existing users to our new platform—a high-visibility project for year one.
  • Capture Institutional Knowledge: Build and maintain the documentation required to move critical product knowledge from "people’s heads" into a shared internal system.
  • Manage Compliance & Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for security questionnaires and compliance certifications to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Balance Delivery & Incidents: Expertly manage the tension between handling live incidents and maintaining steady progress on long-term project milestones.
  • Oversee Technical Integrations: Coordinate major third-party integration projects (e.g., Zoom, WebEx), managing cross-team dependencies and timelines.
  • Drive Release Excellence: Own the end-to-end release process, including internal alignment, release notes, and the communications checklist.

RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Experienced pair of hands: 3+ years’ experience in project management or a similar role in a tech/digital environment using Agile principles and techniques.
  • Diplomatic Backbone: The confidence to push back on senior stakeholders—including the CEO—to protect the sprint and clearly explain the trade-offs of "just squeezing something in."
  • Process for Purpose: An experienced practitioner of Scrum/Agile who uses ceremonies to create better outcomes rather than just ticking boxes.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to understand engineering effort and complexity well enough to have realistic conversations about delivery timelines (without needing to read code).
  • Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: Someone who gets genuine satisfaction from bringing structure to complexity and spotting edge cases before they cause downstream issues.
  • Tool Proficiency: High level of comfort with Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk for tracking performance and documentation.
  • Cross-Platform Experience: Proven track record managing development across web, mobile app, and social platforms.
  • Mentorship Mindset: A desire to coach teams on engineering discipline and growth mindsets to boost overall capability.
  • Autonomous Operator: Comfortable owning client-facing coordination and compliance tracking without needing heavy hand-holding.
  • PSM/CSM certifications are desirable.
Please note: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be currently based here. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location: This is a hybrid role with shift-based work. Candidates are expected to be physically present in our Farringdon, London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

BenefitsWhat We Offer

At Eventogy, you’ll be part of a passionate and supportive team, working at the forefront of event technology.
We offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Opportunities for professional development and internal progression
  • The chance to work with high-profile global clients in a fast-growing business

To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant experience and what makes you a great fit for the role.
Location: London (Farringdon)
Remote Working: Hybrid — typically 3 days per week in-office.
IMPORTANT: Recruiters, Eventogy operates a strict Preferred Supplier List (PSL). We are currently managing this search in-house and do not require agency assistance.

Please do not call our office or email/contact our hiring managers/founders directly.
