At JBi Digital, we build platforms that matter. Think Hitachi, British Council, and Government services used by thousands. We are an award-winning London agency, and we are looking for a Digital Product Owner who wants genuine ownership, not a ticket-triaging role.

You will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a core client platform. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders, shape product direction, and run a multidisciplinary delivery team. This is a role for someone who has done this before and wants to do it at a higher level.

What you will actually do

  • Drive the vision and roadmap for a complex, high-traffic digital platform
  • Own the backlog end-to-end: requirements, prioritisation, stories, acceptance criteria
  • Be the bridge between client stakeholders, developers, designers and QA
  • Ensure delivery meets WCAG, GDS and public sector compliance standards
  • Manage budgets, delivery governance and release activity

You will be a strong fit if you have

  • 5+ years in digital product ownership or management
  • Hands-on experience with complex open-source platforms, ideally Drupal
  • A track record of delivering six-figure, enterprise or public sector digital projects
  • Confidence managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities

What You’ll Get

  • A competitive salary and pension contributions.
  • 33 days' holiday as standard (including bank holidays).
  • Private Health Insurance - cover includes:
    • 24/7 GP appointments.
    • Fast Track Appointments to see a specialist quickly.
    • AVIVA Dentist and Optician cashback scheme.
  • Mental Health Assistance Programme.
  • Discounted gym memberships.
  • Cycle-to-work & technology purchase scheme.
  • Budget for training to help you grow.
  • Participation in charity volunteering days.

Position: Permanent

  • Hybrid working (2-3 days in our office)
