Digital Product Manager

Victory House Brighton / London Angel Court

Hybrid: up to 3 days WFH

Full time: Fixed term contract - 12 months

£60,000 DOE+ fantastic benefits

35 hours per week

The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for defining, launching and growing digital propositions. You will act as a digital partner to the business and voice of the customer, using analytics and insights to ship digital experiences that will improve NPS, drive digital adoption and grow the business.

 

The role

As Digital Product Manager, you will be user and data-focused accompanied with a commercial mindset and have experience working within a Scrum development team. A positive outlook and infectious passion for delivering great experiences is a must.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Develop and maintain a product vision and strategy.
  • Maintain and communicate your product roadmap.
  • Place customers at the heart of every product iteration by ensuring that the backlog is derived from customer research, and that appropriate user testing and validation methods are in place.
  • Map user journeys, define features and breakdown into user stories that are prioritised within a single product backlog.
  • Gain consensus, both vertically and horizontally, for proposed prioritisation.
  • Manage budget across BAU and project funding.
  • Measure and evidence the value of changes delivered.
  • Create and run an effective mechanism that ensures all key stakeholders are fully briefed on all aspects of digital activity and engaged with the digital planning process.
  • Hero insights and successes related to your key journeys, communicating via our internal communications channels.
  • Actively engage in our digital communities.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role.

  • Proven experience within a digital product management role
  • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for web technologies, digital trends and innovation is essential.
  • Proficient in agile ways of working
  • Excellent stakeholder management with experience and ability to influence decisions at all levels, up to director level, essential.
  • Experience of shaping digital portfolio and developing channel strategies driving digital transformation and delivering significant business benefits
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of bringing others along with them.
  • Excellent at problem solving and decision making.
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Working in a global environment (agency and/or client side)
  • Budget and forecast management.
  • Degree educated in an associated field.
