Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, strategy alignment, and campaign execution.

  • Present campaign strategies, progress updates, and results to clients, showcasing the impact of Digital PR on their SEO performance.

  • Support and lead client meetings, calls, and workshops, articulating insights, recommendations, and next steps with confidence.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, using data to refine and optimise PR strategies.

  • Conduct backlink analysis and competitor benchmarking, working with SEO teams to identify new opportunities.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, media landscapes, and digital PR best practices, ensuring we deliver cutting-edge campaigns.

Collaboration & Team Development

  • Work cross-functionally with SEO, content, and creative teams to maximise the impact of Digital PR.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital PR, with a proven track record of leading campaigns from ideation to delivery.
