About the role
We're looking for a collaborative, solutions-focused Digital Platforms Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of English National Ballet’s core digital platforms. You'll oversee the systems that underpin our work - including our CRM, event ticketing and class management platforms - ensuring they are reliable, well-integrated and enable great experiences for our audiences, participants and colleagues.
Working across the organisation, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, champion best practice, help teams get the most from our platforms, and ensure our systems continue to evolve in line with organisational priorities.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complexity, and helping people use technology more effectively.
Your main responsibilities as Digital Platforms Manager will include:
  • Work with the Head of Digital to define the roadmap for the organisation's core digital platforms and integrations, ensuring they continue to meet organisational needs and deliver maximum value.
  • Develop meaningful reporting and insights that support operational and strategic decision making.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management, configuration and optimisation of the organisation's digital platforms.
  • Maintain data quality and accuracy within databases, including data imports, de-duping, implementation of data hygiene best practice, and regular system audits.
  • Assist with reconciliation of performance ticket sales at external venues, liaising between internal departments and venues to manage allocations, bookings and financial settlement.
  • Become the organisation's expert on the effective use of our digital systems Beacon (CRM), Mind Body (Class Management), Monad (Event ticketing) and Vimeo OTT.
  • Oversee good data management practices and help improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of organisational data.

Key Selection Criteria
  • Experience managing or owning business-critical digital platforms such as CRM, ticketing, booking, membership or other operational systems.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of working across system integrations, APIs and workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of developing positive working relationships with a wide range of internal users along with external agencies and suppliers; ability to provide a friendly service to people at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
