The role

Rothschild & Co is recruiting an experienced Digital Platform professional. Supporting the Digital Platform Director, the role is responsible for overseeing and executing the development of the Group’s digital communication platforms.

This individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies and assist driving the digital transformation of Rothschild & Co’s communication ecosystem.

The Digital Platform specialist will ensure the integrated delivery of high-quality digital experiences that reflect the brand’s values, engage diverse audiences, and support business objectives across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

  • Manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Rothschild & Co’s digital communication platforms (including our corporate website, intranet, and social media channels: LinkedIn and Instagram) to ensure best-in-class user experience and alignment with the overall communications and marketing strategies.

  • Act as a point of contact for digital platform vendors, external agencies, and technology partners, managing relationships to ensure effective delivery and innovation.

Content Publication Guidance

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and designers to provide best practice guidance to facilitate self-serve approach to publishing.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as a digital communications expert and adviser for internal stakeholders, assisting with platform-related queries, project briefs, and campaign execution.

  • Build strong working relationships with the Group Head of Corporate Communications, Brand Director, Digital Content team, in-house designers, business-specific marketing teams, and external agencies.

  • Facilitate regular training and knowledge sharing sessions to empower colleagues in maximising platform capabilities and adopting best practices.

Performance Measurement & Analytics

  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for website and intranet, leveraging analytics tools to assess audience engagement, content effectiveness, and channel growth.

  • Benchmark performance against industry standards, ensuring Rothschild & Co maintains a leading digital communications posture.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, attending conferences and networking with peers to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to Rothschild & Co.

Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.

  • 3-6 years’ professional experience in digital platform management, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a global corporate environment.

  • Expertise in content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), web analytics, and major social media platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • High level of technical proficiency with digital tools, and a passion for using technology to solve business challenges.

  • Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision making.

  • Good working knowledge of SEO/GEO and AI ideally within the context of Financial Services or related industries.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in current and emerging digital trends.
