We are looking for an experienced Digital Paid Media Manager to play a significant role in driving subscriber growth at GoHenry.

The role

Reporting to the GoHenry Senior Acquisition Manager, the Digital Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the running and planning of our digital paid media channels.

With digital paid media channels occupying a large proportion of our marketing activity, you will play an important role in growing our subscribers efficiently and effectively through digital channels.

You will own the daily running of our digital paid media channels, channel roadmaps and execution with support and leadership from the Senior Acquisition Manager. This will include ongoing testing, experimentation and optimisation to drive ongoing improvements to our digital paid media channels and optimisation tactics.

Alongside these core responsibilities you will partner with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure ad copy & creatives are continuously reviewed and optimised as well as with our website & app store team to ensure the full customer journey is coherent.


Your responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: 

  • Daily monitoring and optimisation of all of our digital paid media channels – currently Meta, Google Ads (Search, App, Demand Gen and  Performance Max), TikTok, Apple Search Ads and Microsoft Ads

  • Own the roadmap and execution of tests, tactics and strategies for each of our major digital paid media channels with support and guidance from Senior Acquisition Manager

  • Ad hoc and periodic analyses of ad accounts to identify what’s going well, where the gaps are and how we can improve

  • Work closely with the Integrated Marketing team on creative testing and learning

  • Be on the lookout for new opportunities and work with internal stakeholders in launching and testing new channels

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

What we’re looking for 

This is a crucial role in the organsiation and as such we are looking for high caliber candidates. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate that they have;

  • Excellent hands-on experience in running major digital paid media channels (Google Ads and Meta are a must)

  • Deep understanding of the role that each marketing channel plays in achieving business goals

  • Able to work independently to ensure efficient running of all digital channels

  • A track record of scaling digital channels within CAC guardrails and according to business goals

  • Experience in launching and testing new digital channels including setting up of ad accounts, working with engineers to have tracking set up and working with the Legal team to have terms reviewed in a timely manner

  • Good data and analytical skills to be able to independently perform channel level analyses to identify opportunities and gaps

  • Able to work with Data Analysts when deep analysis is required

  • Understanding of affiliate marketing is a plus

  • Experience in app marketing (using Google, Paid Social and Apple Search Ads) is desirable

  • Experience in driving efficient subscriber growth in a D2C subscription business is desirable

  • Deep empathy and passion for our customer and their experience with GoHenry
