The role:

We’re looking for a Digital Optimisation & Analytics Executive to support the growth of our ecommerce performance through data and testing.

This role sits across both analytics and CRO, with responsibility for reporting, insight generation, and the delivery of testing and personalisation activity. You’ll work closely with teams across Trading, Product, and Marketing to identify opportunities, improve the customer journey and drive conversion.

What you will do:

  • Own and deliver core ecommerce reporting (weekly, quarterly, annual)
  • Provide clear insight on site performance, highlighting trends, issues and opportunities
  • Support ad hoc analysis and dashboard creation as needed
  • Ensure data accuracy, identifying and resolving any tracking or reporting issues
  • Optimisation & CRO
    · Run A/B tests end-to-end, from idea through to analysis and learnings
    · Define success metrics and measure performance of tests
    · Work with UX and development teams to get tests live
    · Identify opportunities to improve site performance and conversion
    · Share regular updates on testing and performance
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management
    · Work closely with internal teams to support trading and optimisation priorities
    · Manage day-to-day relationships with external agencies, including regular check-ins and  prioritisation
    · Keep up to date with competitor activity and industry trends

What you will need:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in relevant field
  • Experience in digital analytics, e commerce or CRO role
  • Good working knowledge of GA4 (or similar analytics platforms)
  • Experience with A/B testing or personalisation tools (Optimizely or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Understanding of ecommerce metrics and customer behaviour
  • High attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
