Job Description
We're seeking a digital product manager to join our team in developing the next iteration of the J.P. Morgan Markets platform, serving over 150,000 clients. As part of the Digital Markets team, you'll lead digital transformation across all Markets businesses, requiring a blend of technological knowledge, business savvy, and entrepreneurial spirit. You'll collaborate with diverse groups to design user experiences, influence change, and make decisions using data-driven insights. Your organizational skills and project management experience will be crucial in balancing stakeholder demands and managing resources for optimal outcomes.
As a Digital Product Manager within the Digital Markets team, you will play a crucial role in building the next generation of the J.P. Morgan Markets platform. You will have the opportunity to work across all Markets businesses, gathering requirements, designing user experiences, and using data to support decisions. This role requires a balance of technology understanding, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be working with diverse groups, influencing change, and training users on new flows and features. Your passion for data and insights will be key in supporting decisions. Your organizational skills and experience in running projects will be essential in managing resources and delivering the best possible outcomes.
Job Responsibilities

  • Interact with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Structuring and QR to understand their priorities, and pitch JPMM platform and content capabilities that help achieve them.
  • Produce presentation decks and material to communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for various stakeholders.
  • Explore innovative ways to create and leverage network effects, developing strategies that enhance user engagement and drive exponential growth.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency by implementing automation and optimizing workflows.
  • Train internal stakeholders and produce user guides on how to use our tools, and gather feedback or requirements to improve them and streamline their workflows.
  • Work closely with the Design team to modernize and uplift the user experience across our products and workflows, and collaborate with technology to translate our priorities into detailed business requirements and roadmaps.
  • Partner with internal innovation teams and external vendors to deliver an automated and enriched tagging framework for content, to deliver its business use cases
  • Drive data-related initiatives that include enabling onward actions from content, and dashboards for front-office stakeholders to show content production and interaction insights.
  • Develop standards and governance for Markets content producers when presenting and distributing their content, promoting the brand in a consistent way.
  • Work with Marketing and Content Strategy teams to promote new product features, initiatives or launch newsletters to engage users with hooks to the platform.
  • Analyse industry trends and the competitor landscape to deliver better products.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant experience in Product Management or Project Management, ideally in the context of Capital Markets.
  • Be familiar with the overall platform strategy and capabilities, especially around the content initiatives and personalisation.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt the message to the relevant audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and/or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements;
  • Experience running a change management program or growing a digital platform.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Python etc).


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, Business or a related field
