Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Telford, on site

Contract: Perm, full.

Job Description

  • Drive and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, brand visibility, and demand generation
  • Integrate digital activities into broader marketing and brand strategies to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Manage digital ecosystem including email marketing, e-commerce, online advertising, SEO/SEM, website strategy, and web analytics
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to support business growth
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize e-commerce product content, ensuring consistency and best practices across platforms
  • Create and execute email and SMS campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Manage marketing automation processes, including system optimization, CRM integration, and implementation of best practices
  • Identify, implement, and manage marketing technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance
  • Plan and manage media and advertising strategies, staying up to date with market trends and innovations
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and conversion
  • Build, maintain, and optimize website performance, ensuring functionality and user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels: email, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, paid media, and web analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Understanding of website management, basic HTML/CSS, and digital technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
