Marketing Specialist, Performance (London based)

We are looking for a driven candidate to join our global digital marketing team and partner with our content teams to manage paid social and video campaigns and innovate on our processes. A critical thinker with 2+ years experience who is open to challenging the existing advertising approach on Meta and/or YouTube. Likely with a background from a marketing agency, or SMB in-house team.

Though primarily a paid social and video role, we also expect to introduce additional projects in other areas of digital marketing such as Search Engine Marketing, App Acquisition, and SEO to ensure a strong stable of career growth opportunities.


In this role you will:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns through Meta and YouTube.

  • Build Meta catalogue feeds to drive scale for the channel.

  • Communicate findings and analysis to wider and cross functional teams.

  • Develop initiatives to increase return on investment for our performance marketing channels.

  • Apply generative AI while working closely with our creative & brand teams.

  • Work with product & engineering to scope requirements for APIs and Feeds.

  • Develop campaigns across additional social media platforms such as, TikTok, Snapchat and Reddit.

  • Coordinate with colleagues in multiple time zones to achieve the best results.

  • Carry out market & competition research.


Please apply if you have:

  • 2-3 years experience in an agency or mid sized in-house team. 

  • Experience in managing and analysing paid social campaigns across Meta and YouTube.

  • Strong desire to learn and make contributions.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Passion for digital/performance marketing and its best practices.

  • Solid understanding of ad technology.

  • Attention to detail and bias towards technical solutions, process and measurement.

  • Happy with flexible working hours to coordinate working with multiple time-zones, particularly the West Coast USA.
