About Vanguard

Vanguard is an investment company unlike any other. It was founded by Jack Bogle in the US in 1975 on a simple but ground-breaking idea: that an investment company should handle its funds solely in the interests of its clients. Jack helped bring investing to the masses with the index fund. Index funds do not pick individual shares or bonds to beat the market. They supervise the performance of the entire market. Or as Jack put it, "Don't look for the needle in the haystack. Just buy the haystack!”. We have stood for low-cost, uncomplicated investing ever since. Over the last 45 years people have come round to our way of thinking and more than 30 million investors worldwide now trust us with their money.

  • Work closely with the UK B2B Channel Marketing country lead, and other key stakeholders, to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns and journeys, in line with well-defined KPIs.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, aligned with our channel marketing and business objectives, and in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, Europe
  • Deliver our owned digital marketing strategies in allowing us to reach, capture, convert, and re-engage users to deliver leads to our sales team.
  • Plan, design, build and optimise our email marketing programme. In conjunction with our European email marketing team, and in alignment with pan-European campaigns.
  • Influence our digital content strategy, incorporating best practice for imagery, video, data capture and any other content requirements - ensuring accuracy and optimal user experience.
  • Ensure digital best practice is embedded across all digital activity, providing guidance to key stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Work with your local channel manager to ensure our agency partners deliver value across SEO, paid search, paid digital media, email and social media.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance website user experience and associated journeys.
  • Measure, analyse and report on the performance of email, website, SEO and paid media activity, delivering actionable insights to facilitate channel planning and ongoing optimisation.
  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives, in your focus market and across Europe, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Establish and demonstrate a high level of knowledge about Vanguard’s business, including regional market dynamics and product offerings.

What it takes:

  • Digital marketing experience, preferably in Financial Services/the asset management industry.
  • English language speaker
  • Confidence and experience in managing external agencies and diverse internal stakeholders.

Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
